  1. Terms

    1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter - the "Offer") is a public offer (offer) in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and contains all the necessary conditions for users (hereinafter - "Users") who wish to use the services of the website designer (hereinafter - " Services"), provided by Revyenko P.O. FOP under the name of the website "Ultra", "TheUltra.io", "theultra.app", registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter - the "Company").

  2. Terms of service provision

    2.1. Users have the ability to create, edit and publish websites using the website builder provided by the Company.

    2.2. Services are provided on the terms set by the Company on its website and are in accordance with current tariffs and terms of use, which may be changed by the Company unilaterally.

  3. Payment procedure

    3.1. The cost of the Services is determined in accordance with the current tariffs posted on the Company's website.

    3.2. Users pay for the Services in accordance with the selected tariff plan and in accordance with the instructions provided by the Company on its website.

  4. Liability of the parties

    4.1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may arise from the use or inability to use the Services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.

    4.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their information to access the Services and are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

  5. Final provisions

    5.1. This Offer takes effect from the moment of payment by the User of the Services and is valid until the moment of their termination in accordance with the conditions established by the Company.

    5.2. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of this Offer shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties, and in case of impossibility of reaching an agreement - in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. This Offer comes into effect from the moment the user registers on the website.
